Chris has more than 15 years of experience as an executive recruiter for a variety of complex industries, including marketing services, mortgage servicing, finance, credit & collections, consumer data information and real estate information services.

Chris specializes in executive recruiting on a national level, as well as compensation negotiation. He’s adept at networking, and he possesses vast experience in dealing with all levels of executive management—from mid-tier sales and management, to Directors of Business Development, to C-Level roles.

A graduate of Capital University, Chris’ interests include his family, friends, church, travel, professional networking and helping professionals achieve their next career move.

His industry experience ranges from data services (i.e. marketing services, information services, fraud services, identity services, data aggregators, predictive analytics, mortgage services, credit/collections, employment/resident screening, BI solutions, telephony solutions, financial services, real estate information, etc.) to healthcare.

Jason’s specialties are executive recruiting on a national level, compensation negotiation, interviewing and career search strategies.

Jason received his MBA in Leadership from Franklin University, and he also has a degree in Business Administration/Administrative Science from West Liberty State College. His interests include his family, friends, fitness, golf, football, softball, continuing education, assisting professionals with their careers and identifying top sales talent.
