Artemis provides different levels of services intended to meet a variety of employer situations. It’s important to identify an appropriate option that best matches your hiring needs. This decision is based on a variety of circumstances. Critical factors in making this choice will include the seniority level of the position, confidentiality, time to fill, corporate brand management, desired skill set, market availability, company culture, competitive landscape and availability to meet and collaborate on how to achieve a desired outcome.
Our most popular options yield a 95% success rate. These services guarantee Employers will receive multiple candidates that meet a preferred profile while also offering an extended guarantee of the placed candidate.
A retained service is typically used to find candidates for mid to senior level executive or specialist positions which require a unique set of skills. It is generally best suited for positions where the best candidate is difficult to find and hard to persuade to make a move, and where the potential impact of a wrong hiring decision will have a significant impact on the future success of the business.
This service receives the necessary resources and dedicated research to the assignment while leveraging the full spectrum of active and passive candidates available in the market. This option yields the highest rate of success.
A Committed service is also used for mid to senior level executive positions. This service offers a similar level of dedicated resources as the Retained Search. It’s most popular for situations where the company values the mutual level of commitment that the Retained service option offers. The primary benefit and difference is the financial commitment. Employers invest a small, partial payment upfront, and are only obligated to pay the balance of the fee when a successful placement occurs.
Similar to the Retained service, this option has an equally high rate of success.
Primary Benefits of Retained and Committed services:
- Yields the highest rates of a successful placement – 95% success rate
- Employers are guaranteed to receive a pipeline of candidates that meet the preferred profile
- Extended guarantee period for placed candidate
- Negotiable fee structure
Contingent with Exclusivity
This service is typically used to find candidates for junior to mid-level positions. It is best suited for non-confidential searches and finding candidates that are less specialized. Employers prefer this option when they find value in using ONE specialized search partner for a set period of time. The exclusive nature of this allows Employers to streamline the evaluation, interview and communication processes.
The resources available using this service are limited compared to the Retained or Committed service levels. By contrast, this service yields a lower rate of success, so results may vary depending on factors such as function, location, compensation, required experience and market availability.
This service is also used for junior to mid-level positions. This is a preferred option for Employers that have the staff and bandwidth to manage multiple search firms. The resources available using this service are also limited so it yields a lower rate of success. Results will vary depending on factors such as function, location, compensation, required experience and market availability.
Artemis also provides a self-service option that is FREE to join. This service provides you access to a select group of candidates and referrals we sourced from recently completed searches who want to confidentially evaluate new career opportunities.
All of them have been interviewed, pre-screened and pre-qualified by a recruiter to ensure they represent the level of quality and value you expect using an executive search firm.
